Hello! I'm a 25 year-old originally from London, undertaking an MA in Migration Studies here in Copenhagen. I have a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford (First Class) and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge (Distinction), and received awards at both institutions for academic achievement. I completed my A-Levels in the UK, in English Literature, History, Philosophy, Mathematics and Italian and was home-educated between the ages of 1 and 15. I have an independent approach to study and achieved high grades at GCSE and A-Level through self-teaching Maths, Biology and History.
Experience
I have previously tutored school-aged children in the UK with a focus on reading and writing, critical thinking, creative writing, and English grammar. Both in the UK and here in Denmark I have taught English grammar and conversation as a second language. I am also a skilled editor with extensive experience in academic and journalistic writing and can assist with planning, writing and editing academic essays, theses and papers. My journalism has appeared in the Financial Times, Times Literary Supplement, and various smaller publications.
