I am currently a year 3 undergraduates majored in International economics and trade at University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China. So far i have an average above 70 (in UK percentage) and I've gained president's scholarship and Dean's scholarship for my previous 2 years' academic performance.
Experience
I worked as a volunteer at Mandarin Corner for one year, have helped a lot of international students with their mandarin. I took a module called Work Placement in Language which is basically about how to teach mandarin as a second language. I observed many mandarin classes and analyzed which part or activity is the most effective and when would student lose attention. I also came up with a plan of how to manage the tones in mandarin. I'm fluent in English. I got a mark over 600 in CET6 test and i have a certification for senior interpreter. I'm comfortable with kids. I once worked in a Tutor agency to teach kids English. Apart from that, I used to help out in a volunteer center built by IHF in Kenya, Africa. I tutored them with their homework and organized fun activities on weekends.

I am not the most outgoing girl but I am friendly and will be passionate about things i love. I have a wide range of hobbies including ultimate frisbee, traveling, photographing, cooking, singing...and I'd love to try new things I have a gentle and patient personality. I can teach and talk, but also learn and listen.
