I have volunteered as a classroom and after school homework tutor in various educational, diverse settings in Seattle including elementary schools, community center after school programs, and in a juvenile detention center. I have also worked as a private English family tutor in Montpellier, France. I finished my bachelor's in sociocultural anthropology and minor in French at the University of Washington in Seattle in 2013. Since then, I have worked in non-profit, educational as well as multicultural settings. My passion will always be working with young people, and I hope to eventually continue my studies in school psychology or social work. Until then, I believe my experiences and conversations abroad will better me in ways I don't know about yet.

I am 23 years old and was born in San Diego, California, but grew up in Seattle, Washington in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. At the end of December of 2014, I flew to Prague to ring in the new year with dear friends who I met while studying in university in Seattle. From then until now I have had the chance to spend time with them in their respective cities: Prague/Kolin, Bologna, Vienna, Budapest and currently, Copenhagen. It has been a blessing to backpack between these cities and histories with old and new friends, but I am happy to stay put in Copenhagen for a few of months. Hobbies include live music, films, soccer, culture, wandering outdoors and discussions on life and perspective. I have been described as a critical thinker, organized, and a kind person who can crack a good joke. Hope to meet you!
